Accessibility Across Platforms
Princh services are available across multiple platforms, including web browsers and native mobile applications (iOS and Android).
Our web-based applications provide the full functionality of the Princh services and are the primary accessible interface.
Our native mobile applications currently only partially conform to WCAG 2.2 level AA. Due to technical limitations in the current versions, some users may experience accessibility barriers when using these applications with assistive technologies.
All core features available in the native mobile applications are also available in our web-based applications. The web applications can be accessed via standard browsers on both desktop and mobile devices.
This means that users do not lose any functionality by using the web version instead of the native apps. Users who rely on assistive technologies are encouraged to use the web applications.

Ongoing Improvements
Improving accessibility is an ongoing process at Princh.
We are actively addressing the remaining accessibility issues identified in our web applications and continuously monitoring compliance.
In addition, we are developing a new generation of mobile applications based on our accessible web platform. These applications are designed to provide a significantly improved and more consistent accessible user experience across devices. We currently expect these new mobile applications to be launched in 2026.
