Princh works with every MFP brand. We highly recommend the Ricoh IM series MFPs, as they allow you to run Princh without a printer server.

If your walk-in printing runs through a production print server, please check our technical requirements to confirm compatibility.

Yes! You can set Princh up directly on Ricoh IM series MFPs, eliminating the need for a printer server.

The solution is managed via the Princh Administration Panel. Staff can release / cancel print jobs, manage printers, or review printing history, while admin users can manage locations, printing prices and Princh servers as well. Check out our interactive guide to see how the Admin Panel works.

Your annual subscription price includes staff training, regular security and feature updates, as well as any support you may need, via phone, email, or chat.

Yes. You can set printing prices in the Princh Administration Panel. Prices are set separately for each paper size and color options on a per printer basis. You can also add a start-up price for all print jobs.
