Rules and Regulations

To receive a discount, your referral needs to be successful. A successful referral means:

  • Your referee becomes a Princh customer, no later than 3 months after the initial referral has been made.
  • The referred library cannot already be a customer or trialing Princh. At the time of the initial referral, the referee must not have already filled out the Princh printer information form, booked an installation with Princh, or been invoiced by Princh.
  • Your referee becomes a Princh customer on our subscription-based pricing model.

Fill in the contact form with information about you and your referee – note that one form is required for every referral.

Make an e-mail introduction to increase your chances of a successful referral. Your work is done!

Our team will review and action the submitted referral form.

When they become a customer, we will get back to you to award your discount.

Yes, we have a Referral Program, that you can find here: princh.com/referral-program. Currently, our referral program is only for North American libraries.

For a successful referral, you will be rewarded a $35 discount on your next Princh subscription.

For Princh, the right referral is an employee at a North American public library – even better if it’s the library responsible.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. However, you will only get rewarded for the first 3 successful referrals that decide to become Princh customers. This means, you can accumulate a discount of up to $105 during your ongoing subscription period.

You need to fill in this form so we can review your referral. When your referee successfully becomes a Princh customer, you will be contacted by us, informing you about the discount that you will receive.

After you submit the referral, we will verify it to make sure the library hasn’t already been referred. A library can only be referred once. If your referee has already been referred by someone, they will be the beneficiary of the discount, should it turn into a successful referral.

We have set an internal process to track all referrals. We will contact you if your referral was successful.
When the library you referred has made the full payment and became a customer of Princh, we’ll inform you about your reward, which will be applied to your next subscription.

Yes, your referral must become a customer of Princh, no later than 3 months after the initial referral has been made.

Yes, the library you referred will receive the same reward as you, should the referral be successful.

A successful referral means:

  • Your referee becomes a Princh customer, no later than 3 months after the initial referral has been made.
  • At the time of the initial referral, your referee was not in the installation process with Princh, actively trialing Princh, invoiced by Princh or a customer of Princh.
  • Your referee becomes a Princh customer on our subscription-based pricing model.
