Yes! You can set Princh up directly on Ricoh IM series MFPs, eliminating the need for a printer server.
We have not encountered any LMS which cannot run seamlessly alongside our solution. Princh does not need to integrate with any LMS, since everything around printing and payment is handled by us.
They absolutely can. As long as patrons can find your printer ID they can remotely send their print jobs to your printer. We also recommend using our Manual Release feature, so your patrons have more control for releasing their print jobs.
The solution is managed via the Princh Administration Panel. Staff can release / cancel print jobs, manage printers, or review printing history, while admin users can manage locations, printing prices and Princh servers as well. Check out our interactive guide to see how the Admin Panel works.
