Questions & Answers

Yes! You can set Princh up directly on Ricoh IM series MFPs, eliminating the need for a printer server.

The solution is managed via the Princh Administration Panel. Staff can release / cancel print jobs, manage printers, or review printing history, while admin users can manage locations, printing prices and Princh servers as well. Check out our interactive guide to see how the Admin Panel works.

Your annual subscription price includes staff training, regular security and feature updates, as well as any support you may need, via phone, email, or chat.

No we do not. With Princh, only the selected printer knows the unique decryption key, meaning nobody, not even Princh, can access the content of students' documents. This is much more secure than traditional cloud based pull printing solutions, as it vastly reduces attack surfaces for malicious actors.
