What happens after I book my installation?
1.) Prepare for your installation
You will receive an email with instructions on how to prepare for your installation, and links to our technical requirements and our TeamViewer Client. Please make sure to read these instructions and that you comply with our requirements.
2.) The online installation is carried out
One of our Customer Success Specialists will contact you at the selected date and time to install Princh. They will also give you a short walkthrough of our resources, products, and steps you need to take to ensure a successful implementation of Princh.
3.) Test and launch Princh at your location(s)
You will have access to a selection of training and marketing materials to ensure that you, your staff and your patrons are ready to start using Princh. Your trial will begin when you are ready and comfortable to offer your new document services to your patrons.
