Copenhagen Business School (CBS) was founded in 1917 and is one of 8 Danish universities. CBS has 7 locations, which serves around 25,000 students, 1,500 full time and 1,000 part time employees.
Challenges
During our research for a new printing solution, we discovered Princh. Their solution became attractive very early on, mainly due to the anonymity and simplicity they offered. We also had first-hand experience with their product, which had a positive impact too.
Princh distinguished itself from competitors with their simplicity, anonymity and that it does not require user accounts. Another benefit was the limited need for server integration.
Our aim was to offer our students a printing solution that was self-service and required minimum effort and support from the university’s side. So far, we have achieved this goal with Princh.

Implementation
The installation process was very easy. The installation itself and the server-side configuration was straightforward, and once finished, we were practically up and running.
The support we received has been amazing. They have always replied quickly and solved our issues without much back and forth. As an example, we wanted to create the Princh printing guides in a higher resolution, and within no time, the Princh team had set up a test-site for us where we could produce these posters. You really get the sense that it is an up and coming company, with a lot of focus on their customers and willingness to learn from their feedback.
Our students and guests have also taken to the new solution very well. We can see that all of our printers are being used heavily, however we rarely need to intervene or provide any support. Before Princh, we had to dedicate many hours to the old printing system but now, our support has been mostly reduced to changing supplies and filling up the printers with paper
Results
I can absolutely recommend Princh. We strongly believe that our students and guests are much more satisfied with printing since we introduced them to the new system.
